A buyer commission rebate is a credit your agent gives you to reduce your closing costs — deducted from the buyer-agent commission. You pay nothing to receive it.
Why would an agent give up half the commission?
Our buyers already search listings themselves and know what they want. They don't need an agent to pick their home — they need expert help with showings, offers, negotiation, inspections, and closing.
Handling that efficiently lets us work with more buyers and pass the savings back. It's a simple trade: you do the searching you'd do anyway, and we hand you half the commission at closing.

We split the commission 50/50 with you. A typical Colorado example:

Is it legal?
